Scope of Services

Investigated sources of water infiltration, made recommendations to the owner. Prepared design documents for leak repairs and provided construction administration services to stop all active water infiltration. Performed Local Law 11/98 inspection and a full building envelope survey to assess the building plan for comprehensive restoration. Construction administration services for balcony restoration are currently in progress.
